Warranty and Return Policy
In order to continue to keep our manufacturing and retail costs low, the Omax Watch Company provides a limited warranty for two years from the date of purchase on your timepiece. This limited warranty covers any manufacturer defects of the watch movement only. This warranty excludes all other watch aesthetics such as case, watch glass, watch crystals, watch bracelet, watch straps, watch crown, stem, finishes, and any damage caused by excessive wear and tear. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. If there is an issue with the movement of the watch, simply send the watch back and we will do our best to repair it. If we are unable to repair, we will replace the watch to you with a brand new one for no additional charge. Just pay for shipping.
In the event that returns need to be made, all returns should be done within 30 days of purchase and a store credit will be issued. Additionally, shipping charges on all watches being shipped back will be at the buyer’s expense. All watches being returned should be insured safely to avoid damage or loss during shipping, and a copy of the original invoice should be included in the box upon return. All watches should be returned in original packing and plastic wraps. Once we confirm that the watches have been received on our end, please allow a grace period of 3 - 5 business days for processing.
All Omax watches for repair or warranty servicing should be sent to the Omax Watch Company Service Center following the instructions below:
You must securely package and ship the timepiece pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price through USPS First Class or Priority Mail to the following address:

Please include the following information and documents with your watch:
- Copy of original invoice (Must have date of purchase)
- Please do not include your gift box or any outside packaging when sending your watch for service. It will not be returned.
- A cashiers check or money order (made out to Mark Naimer Watches) to cover Shipping and Handling for your returned watch. If you need to pay by Credit Card, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a credit card authorization form.
